    The presentation will provide an overview of current and upcoming financial incentives for highly energy-efficient and green affordable multifamily housing in Utah and will share examples of how to braid multiple incentives together to make these projects pencil.

Francis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. He is passionate in demonstrating a long-term dedication to positive change aimed at saving our planet, and in his free time Francis enjoys the outdoors and being a musician.
