Research consistently highlights the undeniable link between gender diversity in leadership and enhanced organizational performance. Yet, despite these findings, there remains a concerning lack of diversity in real estate leadership, development, and membership within ULI—with only one in four members being women. This disparity is not just a matter of equity; it’s a crucial factor in building a vibrant and sustainable organization that reflects our industry’s rich tapestry of perspectives and experiences. Your involvement is key to addressing this issue.
Our goal is to inspire women and everyone who believes in the power of diversity and inclusivity to drive innovation, creativity, and success. Everyone should consider how they can contribute to advancing this mission. Whether it’s by attending our events, becoming actively involved in our programs, or simply championing diversity and inclusion in their own spheres of influence, your support is vital in driving meaningful change.
