    Miles Waltman

    Associate, Lowe Property Group

    Miles is an associate for Lowe Property Group (LPG) where he assists with asset management, day-to-day operations, and due diligence for both new acquisitions and development projects. Prior to joining Lowe Property Group, he spent time at two multifamily-focused private equity firms (Sundance Bay in Orem, Utah, & JRK Property Holdings in Los Angeles, California), as well as a large multifamily REIT (Cottonwood Residential in Salt Lake City, Utah). Miles’ experience includes asset managing a portfolio of over 1,200 residential units, playing an integral role in the development of over $500MM worth of Class A apartments and retail space, and has underwritten several billion dollars worth of potential multifamily acquisition and development deals. Miles graduated with a finance degree from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business, where he was the recipient of multiple academic scholarships. He participated in BYU’s Real Estate and Investment Banking Clubs, and he completed the Argus Software Certification Exam. Miles loves sports and food, and he has spent several years living and traveling throughout Indonesia.
