    What Monica's clients are saying:

“Monica speaks in common sense and encourages others to do the same. Her style is focused, intentional, prepared, confident, and organized. She helps others find their voices.
She led our team of panelist speakers and prepared us for the Utah Chamber Athena Awards in a manner that rivals some of the most successful public speakers I have ever worked with over my 23 years of law practice.”

    Monica Rafferty

Commercial Real Estate Agent, InterNet Properties, Inc.

Prior to becoming a commercial real estate agent, Monica Rafferty worked in various corporate roles that included public speaking. Early in her career, she was conducted hundreds of seminars about financial products as a wholesaler. Monica was later promoted from that role to a regional training director for new NASD /Insurance licensed agents. A big part of this position was training the new wholesalers to conduct financial product seminars. Since that time Monica has often shared her knowledge to help friends prepare for public speaking engagements. And she is excited to bring this information to the women of ULI.
