    B.J. Laterveer

    With over 24 years of experience in architecture, BJ has worked on some amazing projects, that any architect would be proud to have been a part of. Throughout the span of his career he has managed complex, mixed-use, and high-rise projects using different construction materials and techniques. Through developing strong client relationships, he has delivered innovative, sustainable, and high-quality design solutions across the country. BJ’s love of complexity, challenges, and excellence has led him to the development side of the table, where he now oversees design execution and architectural partnerships for Utah City, an unmatched mixed-use environment. As the Director of Architecture, he leverages his expertise in high-rise and mixed-use architecture and development to create value for the company and its stakeholders. He’s passionate about creating spaces that enhance the quality of life and the environment for the communities they serve.

    Nate Hutchinson

    Nate Hutchinson is a community-focused entrepreneur and real estate investor. While earning his master’s and bachelor’s degrees at BYU on a football scholarship, he cultivated a work ethic and creativity that has served him well in his career. In 2009, he co-founded Flagship Homes, aiming to provide affordable, high-quality housing for Utah residents, fostering stronger, more vibrant communities. Despite challenges, Nate's dedication and partnering with all the right people along the way led to the establishment of many successful businesses, many of which are still currently owned and operated by Nate and his partners. Flagship’s main focus however remains to enrich communities through thoughtful mixed-use development and a steadfast commitment to excellence, their crown jewel development being Utah City.

    Bronson Tatton

    Flagship Companies

    Bronson Tatton is a licensed landscape architect practicing as the Community Design Director at Flagship Companies. He has been responsible for overseeing the design and development of many large scale master planned communities in Utah and Idaho that provide over 20,000 homes and hundreds of acres of parks, trails, and open space. He is currently working on Utah City, a 700-acre transit oriented development built on the Geneva Steel brownfield site. Bronson graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Science and a minor in Business, and earned a master’s in landscape architecture from Utah State University’s department of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning. Bronson’s interests outside of work fuel his creativity as he travels to new places, spends time outdoors camping, fishing, hiking, and skiing with his wife and 4 kids.
