OCTOBER 2018 BREAKFAST PROGRAM: THE ENTERTAINING TRANSFORMATION OF RETAIL AT THE SHOPS AT SOUTH TOWN

ULI Utah’s October breakfast program was a panel discussion on the transformation of malls and big box retail.  As consumer shopping habits are changing, shopping centers are increasingly open to entertainment options.  With the help of our fantastic panelists, we explored this trend to learn how traditional malls are adapting.
