The tour begins at the future site of TF Brewing, located just within the official Granary District boundaries. The nearly-completed commercial space that will house SLC’s newest brewery looks like a far cry from its former life as neighboring auto garages. We will hear about how this adaptive reuse development, officially called the “A-3 Project,” came to be, and how it was funded in-part by the Granary District Adaptive Reuse Loan Program from the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City (RDA).
