    WLI is pleased to welcome motivational speaker, Amy Wilde, to our virtual event on March 23, kicking off our “Your Voice Makes a Difference” campaign. Whether male or female, we all have some part of us that can hold us back. Amy will share her story of overcoming being different and those people in her life that impacted her by simply being brave, speaking up and making a difference.

    WLI is pleased to welcome motivational speaker, Amy Wilde, to our virtual event on Tuesday, March 23, kicking off our “be HEaRd” campaign. Regardless of who we are, we can all hold ourselves back. But why do we fail to feel significant? Is it because we stop short of seeing our full potential and only see our failures that are right in front of us? Amy will share her story of overcoming obstacles and those people in her life that impacted her by simply being brave, speaking up and making a difference.
     
    Amy Wilde is an author, marketing professional, motivational speaker, adventurer, sports fan, and lover of high heels. Most noteworthy though, Amy is a mom to three kids, Hayden, Emma, and Margret, who inspire her daily. Born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate, Amy is passionate about educating others and sharing her message of hope, kindness, inner beauty, and the power of one, especially with elementary age children. She is an active champion in the cleft community.  “I never wanted to share my story. The acute vulnerability was too much to talk about – so I buried it for years. Yet, it was not my story; it was our story. About them. Those who met me at my personal crossroads, relieving the pain, and building my bridge of confidence. One powerful act at a time.  
     
    About the “be HEaRd” Campaign:
    WLI Utah is facilitating the be HEaRd campaign in an effort to shine a light on the importance of women and men in the Utah real estate industry working together towards gender parity. We all have a unique perspective to bring to the table, aiding the success of the industry as a whole and individual companies alike. Our goal is to highlight the knowledge, contribution and leadership that women bring to our industry and encourage men and women alike to speak up, share ideas, advocate for what you believe in, and work hand in hand so we all can thrive.
