    Jack Uldrich

    Global Futurist, Speaker, Author,

    Jack Uldrich is a well-recognized global futurist, speaker, and the author of thirteen books, including a number of award-winning best sellers. He is a frequent speaker on technology, change management and leadership and has addressed hundreds of corporations, associations and not-for-profit organizations on five continents. He regularly makes television appearances on PBS’s Frontline, the Science Channel, and the Discovery Channel, and is a frequent guest on major media outlets, including CNN, CNBC, Fox and National Public Radio. Jack is also an ongoing contributor on emerging technologies and future trends for a number of publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Wired Magazine and Inc. Jack is a former naval intelligence officer and Defense Department official. He served as the director of the Minnesota Office of Strategic and Long-Range Planning under Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura. His most recent book is Business as Unusual: A Futurist’s Unorthodox, Unconventional, and Uncomfortable Guide to Doing Business and his forthcoming book is The Rise of Generation RE.

    Peter Linneman

    Founding Princpal, Linneman Associates

    For over 40 years, Dr. Peter Linneman's unique blend of scholarly rigor and practical business insight has won him accolades from around the world, including PREA's prestigious Graaskamp Award for Real Estate Research, Wharton's Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center's Lifetime Achievement Award, Realty Stock Magazine's Special Achievement Award, being named "One of the 25 Most Influential People in Real Estate" by Realtor Magazine and inclusion in The New York Observer's "100 Most Powerful People in New York Real Estate". After receiving both his Masters and Doctorate in Economics under the tutelage of Nobel Prize winners Milton Friedman, Gary Becker, George Stigler, Ted Schultz and Jim Heckman, Peter had a distinguished academic career at both The University of Chicago and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. For 35 years, he was a leading member of Wharton's faculty, serving as the Albert Sussman Professor of Real Estate, Finance and Public Policy as well as the Founding Chairman of the Real Estate Department and Director of the prestigious Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center. During this time, he was co-editor of The Wharton Real Estate Review. In addition, he published over 100 scholarly articles, four editions of the acclaimed book Real Estate Finance and Investments: Risks and Opportunities, and the widely read Linneman Letter quarterly report. Peter's long and ongoing business career is highlighted by his roles as Founding Principal of Linneman Associates, LLC, a leading real estate advisory firm; CEO of American Land Fund; and CEO of KL Realty. For more than 35 years, he has advised leading corporations and served on over 20 public and private boards, including serving as Chairman of Rockefeller Center Properties, where he led the successful restructuring and sale of Rockefeller Center in the mid-1990s. Although retired from Wharton's faculty, Dr. Linneman continues his commitment to education through his SAM Elimu educational charity for orphans and children of extreme poverty in rural Kenya. He has been married for over 40 years and is an exercise enthusiast.

    Marc Stanworth

    Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, Dakota Pacific Real Estate

    Marc Stanworth is responsible for overseeing all investment activities and managing the day-to-day operations of Dakota Pacific Real Estate Partners. This role entails guiding the firm’s overall portfolio strategy, asset management, and acquisition/development functions and serving as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining Dakota Pacific, Marc was a Principal at HP Investors, a San Diego-based real estate investment firm, where he led the acquisition and joint venture development of commercial and multifamily properties totaling approximately $500 million throughout select Western US markets. Before his time at HP Investors, Marc held senior leadership roles with Texas and California-based private investment and development firms Hillwood and Capstone Advisors. He began his career as a private equity analyst with Swiss-based Partners Group. Marc’s 20-year career spans real estate investment, development and management responsibilities totaling nearly $2 billion in asset value. Marc graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Accountancy and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School.
