ULI Utah lunch program followed by tours of the award winning Adobe Campus!

Join ULI Utah for a program on the growing business case for health and wellness in real estate.  Billy Grayson from ULI’s Center for Sustainability will be sharing the findings from ULI’s case study “The Business Case for Healthy Buildings,” which takes a deeper look at cutting-edge research on the financial and health impacts possible from a healthy building.  He will also share ULI’s recently released report Healthy Housing for All.

Matt Macko, founder of stok, and Morgan Abbet, a Sustainability Consultant and engineering professional with HDR will both speak to us about some of their projects and the positive financial returns they have seen by incorporating these healthy features in their buildings.

Following the presentation we will tour the award winning Adobe Campus and take a behind the scenes look at how they are leveraging health and wellness design.
