FAQs

I am having difficulty registering for an event. Can you help me?
Check to see if registration has closed (registration for local events typically closes 2-3 days before the event date). If it has not closed, please call ULI Customer Service at 800.321.5011.

I’d like to attend an event but online registration is closed. Can I still go?
Onsite registration is allowed for select events. Please note that for many events, fees increase by $10-$15 after the registration deadline. To check availability, please call 801.359.2902.

My password is not working when I try to log-in to my profile on the ULI website. What should I do?
The main log in screen offers help below the password field. Go to ULI’s national website. Click “Log in” at the very top of the home page. Click “Can’t Access Your Account?” below the log in fields and follow the instructions to reset your password.  If this does not work, please call ULI Customer Service at 800.321.5011.

Why am I not receiving ULI Utah emails?
Have you added ULI Utah to your “safe senders” list? If yes, please make sure your email address is current by checking your profile on ULI’s national website. Click “Log in” at the very top of the home page. Once you log in, you will have the option to “Manage Your Profile” at the top of the home page. Check your email preferences in your profile to make sure you have not opted-out of emails from you District Council. If your information is up-to-date, please call ULI Customer Service at 800.321.5011.

I am not a member, but would like to receive emails about local events and news updates. How can I sign up?
Call Customer Service at 800.321.5011 and ask to be added to the ULI Utah email list. You will need to provide name, title, company, address and phone number. Adding yourself to the database will also simplify the event registration process.

My company is a ULI Utah Annual Sponsor. What events can I attend and how many free passes does my company have?
The number of tickets a company receives depends on their level of sponsorship. Please see our annual sponsorship benefits chart to determine the benefits for your company’s sponsorship level. To utilize your sponsor comp tickets for events, please submit registration forms directly to utah@uli.org.

My company is interested in becoming a sponsor. How do I get more details on the various sponsorship opportunities?
All event and annual sponsorship levels are outlined on the sponsorship page of this website. Want additional information? Please contact our district council office.

How do I become a member/renew my membership?
Online membership information is found on the national website. You can renew your membership, or review which membership level is right for you. Still have questions? Please don’t hesitate to contact our Membership Vice Chair.

The best way to get involved is to attend our educational programs and networking events. If you are looking to dive deeper, please refer to our get involved page or contact one of our committee chairs for more information. You can also contact our Vice Chair of Mission Advancement to discuss which committee might be the best fit for you.
